Subscription Refund(s): All Sales Final, no pro-rated refunds.

 

Monthly Subscription Payments are always 30-days from the Initial Purchase Date, and is referred to as the ‘Billing Date.’

 

Monthly Subscription Cancellation:   Either party may cancel a monthly subscription at any time.  To avoid the next monthly payment, a minimum 2-day notice is required. You may cancel your subscription by filling out this Cancellation Request Form.
